Refund Policy

GrantRadar is a digital subscription service that delivers federal grant-opportunity alerts by email. Because access to your matched alerts begins immediately upon subscribing, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have already been charged.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

Billing errors and problems

If you believe you were charged in error, or a technical problem on our side prevented you from receiving your alerts, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund or account credit at our reasonable discretion.
