These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrantRadar ("GrantRadar", "we", "us"), a digital subscription service that scans publicly available federal grant data from Grants.gov and emails you opportunities matched to the funding categories, eligibility, and keywords you provide. By subscribing to or using GrantRadar, you agree to these Terms.

What GrantRadar is — and isn't

GrantRadar is an independent information and alerting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grants.gov, the U.S. federal government, or any government agency. All grant data originates from Grants.gov, the U.S. government's official free grant listing. We do not create, control, award, or administer any grant.

No guarantee of results

We work to match and deliver relevant opportunities, but we do not guarantee that any particular grant will be surfaced, that alerts will be error-free or uninterrupted, that you are eligible for any listed grant, or that you will receive funding. Grant details, deadlines, and eligibility change frequently — always confirm the details on the official Grants.gov listing before relying on them or applying.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide, for maintaining the security of your email account, and for reviewing each opportunity on the official source. GrantRadar is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or grant-writing advice.

Subscriptions and billing

GrantRadar is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. See our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrantRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your reliance on any alert.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GrantRadar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
